Welcome to our family.  There are several interesting stories that have brought our family to the point we are at today.  We hope that you will be able to enjoy some of these stories as well as some of the pictures.  Please feel free to look around and send us any comments that you may have.  We always enjoy hearing about other people and their family stories as well.  Hopefully you will be able to see how much we care about each other and enjoy being a family, even though I highly doubt it from only a few pictures and words.  Our family is ever changing and we try our best to adapt and grow together.  The main idea is that we are growing together even if only a little bit at a time; for if you are not growing forward then you are falling backwards.  Be blessed as you learn about our family and we hope to hear from you soon about yours.
The importance of family...

To us family is quite important.  We consider our family to be as important as our job.  We have been called by our Boss to serve His will. Part of His will is taking care of and raising our family.  We desire to see our family growing in their knowledge of and love for Him.  We see our family not as a baggage in our ministry, but rather as a tool. In an age that finds all too many families falling apart, we believe that our family can be a testimony of His love, wisdom, and grace.  In some regards the two jobs cannot be divided.  In another regard family comes before our work.  If we were to lose our family to our work, then I fear that we have actually not worked as we should have.  We are to raise our boys to grow up to men of character and leadership.  We are to love one another like our Father loves his family and in so doing, demonstrate to those we minister what it means to be a man/woman, father/mother, brother/son...

Words of Wisdom...

What I have learned recently about family...

A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger...  I am not always the most patient and gentle man.  I have learned that when I am quick and rash with my boys, they can easily reproduce that anger.  I must watch this and answer and act in kindness and gentleness as to not teach my boys too quickly about anger especially unrighteous anger.
